What the Heck is an Internet Identifier?

Today let’s take another look at our Police School of Creativity star student Sherlock’s next attack on my mother (who is listed and has been listed as fully compliant by the state SO registry, but apparently her compliance isn’t enough when you are a bully with a grudge).
Failure to disclose “internet identifiers.”
The accused took screen shots of a dozen internet sites she has gotten on over the years, and took it to her local SO Registry Officer and asked him to teach and explain to her how to understand what she should report and help her be totally compliant. He told her that he DID NOT KNOW and she should ask her attorney. She then went and asked her attorney and his reply was that he had NO IDEA whatsoever. She is not at all unwilling to be compliant, but it is not really possible to be compliant when NOBODY can define what compliant actually is.
As Vanessa Potkin, Sr Staff Attorney of the Innocence Project said: “When an individual is accused of a crime in this country, it’s an individual up against the power of the state, all of the resources of the state.  From the beginning it’s an unfair endeavor.”
It’s most assuredly unfair when cops and prosecutors waste the people’s tax dollars trying to put people in PRISON (which is more of a waste of tax dollars, obviously) for not being able to comply with “laws” that NOT EVEN THEIR ATTORNEYS CAN UNDERSTAND.
WHO WRITES THESE LAWS ANYWAY?  HELLO LEGISLATORS?!?  IS THIS ABUSE WHAT YOU HAD IN MIND?

  1. Liz W unless you'd like to be included in a civil suit, you'll stay off my blog. You are delusional or mistaken, and you need to find another way to fill your time.
