Lies, Lies, and more Lies

Let's take a look at two of the lies that have been used by the tyrant "Sherlock" in his recent attack on my family:

Sherlock and the local newspaper (hereafter LP) continue to announce multiple victims-defamation. I would question how the LP got such swift information about my mom's arrest and how it is so coincidental that their accusation in print are so aligned with Sherlock’s “affiant” reports, when the court records absolutely show the truth to be otherwise.  It appears there is a fairly reasonable chance that the LP has their swift information and inflammatory and defamatory write-ups from a very involved and interested source.
Court record says one victim-in 2002 cops made an appeal through the LP for SOMEONE to come forward and accuse her-that they had interviewed hundreds of students and found zero and really needed the help--While I don't really trust the court, I think official records have more verity than one man's "gut feeling".

Sherlock lies about following arrest protocol.  We all know that a person should be read their rights, and while he claims he did, he absolutely did not read my mom her rights, nor allow her to see the warrant.  It assuredly is not on the arrest video and she has been denied her GRAMA to videotape of the investigation room non-interview (Sherlock said that if she wasn’t going to talk to him then he wasn’t going to tell her why she was there and he shut the book and walked out). If there is nothing shady going on, why are they afraid to let the video out?  They should be champing at the bit to prove they are doing all the right things but they just keep covering for each other.  They say to us "if you've got nothing to hide, then you shouldn't mind that we tap your phone, read your emails, etc.  If they have nothing to hide, they shouldn't mind having all these things public either...

Honestly, are cops so readily believed by the general public that they actually don't have to do any real work nor find any real evidence?  All they have to do is say something and that makes it magically true?  That is blatant nonsense and is so NOT the kind of system that I would ever tag with the name "JUSTICE"

An aside-we have also been denied the videotape of the garage entry of my mom being taken into the police department.  Sherlock threatened to charge her with resisting arrest- and Sherlock and the other cop locked themselves out of the police car, with her inside, hand-cuffed, and she undid her seatbelt and let herself out of the car.  This is hardly resisting arrest!!!  Sherlock can't even correctly operate the lock mechanism on a vehicle, and we are going to allow him to be believed fully with absolutely no evidence?

Federal $$$$ for Guilty Pleas? Absolutely!

Did you know there are grants made available, through the abomination we call "Obamacare", for the judge and prosecuting attorney in the case of a sex offender who pleads guilty to a charge?  Well, it is behavior modification 101 that when you reward a behavior, that behavior tends to increase.  So, if attorneys and judges are rewarded when a sex offender pleads guilty, they probably want arrests of these people to increase in number.  How to "find" more of these offenders?  Why not just "be creative" and make them where they don't actually exist?!
From the Augusta Chronicle, quoting Scott Wyatt, former prosecuting attorney:"I had to work with them, get them to think like it's a murder or robbery investigation ..." he said. "They needed to think creatively."
THINK CREATIVELY?!  Yes, that's exactly what police officers should be trained in--creative thinking.  Not how to actually collect evidence, not how to read someone their rights (and actually allow that person to exercise said rights), not to handle possible altercations with people in the safest way possible for all involved, but how to think creatively.
Well, here in Logan Utah they've been trained well in Mr Wyatt's Creative Thinking school, because you are unlikely to find an officer quite as "creative" as, well, I'm not allowed to say his name, though his lies have been published on the front page of the local paper.  We'll just call him Sherlock.  Here is just one very creative "charge" against a person who is on the registry, but has been 100% compliant the whole time she has been on there, and has recently been contacted by the board of Pardons that she ought to be pursuing a pardon.  Sherlock is currently still trying to gather evidence to support this HEINOUS "crime":
Failure to disclose a website that listed her in conjunction with a private school.
GASP!
Well, the accused did not create this website, nor does she have the computer ability to do so.
Evidently, per the warrant this site no longer exists--which is news to the accused because she
never knew it existed prior to this charge.  Because of a TYPO of her name on this website,
she is accused of having an alias...Seriously?
One would hope that any person with 2 brain cells to rub together could come up with a better alias
than a simple misspelling of their own name... But I suppose in the cop School of Creative Thinking,
where an arrest leads to a possible plea (and a couple grand in your pocket from the Federal
Government), this is considered actual police work.
Gold star Sherlock.

The Courts and the Law being wielded as instruments of abuse

From an Amicus Brief filed in the First District Court of Cache County--which shows the tyrannical way in which this "justice" system is and has been operating.  Treading rough-shod over people and their families in order to promote the court's own agenda and pad the pockets of Attorneys and Judges.  These are some "Hidden Things of Darkness" and I think it is time that they are brought to light.
"In America, we have always championed the importance and our expectation of a level playing field.  During Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan's confirmation hearing in 2010, she described the courts as "level playing fields" where citizens receive "equal justice." - An ideal that is engraved in marble on the front of the Supreme Court building: "Equal Justice Under Law."
...Regrettably there has been a blurring of the boundaries of conduct.  No longer are we (the people) confident that the rules of the game can even be recognized, let alone that they will be followed.  Time once was when we knew our ethical limits and what could be expected.  But as 'greed became good' our traditional values seemingly fell by the wayside, leaving in its wake the destruction of trust.  Now under these conditions the people of this community are asking to be heard.
The community has been adversely affected by the actions of the plaintiff far beyond the defamation and economic losses of the defendant.  As individuals, businesses and nations we are bound together by a vast web of treaties, laws and rules of engagement.  Though sometimes complex and inefficient, these rules have prevented us from devolving and dropping into complete chaos.  They support our civilization and our very existence. The prosecution's blatant violations of trust have weakened the fabric of confidence that binds the community together.
However the most tragic impact has been the deliberate and calculated attempt of the prosecution to advance their plan, at the expense of another, with the aid of legal counsel and officers of the Court; because their participation has allowed the Courts and the Law to be wielded as instruments of abuse."
